Guide updated

Play a free virtual harp with 22 strings. Glide through a cascade of sampled harp notes using your mouse, touch screen, or accessible note buttons.

Pluck individual notes or use Classic view to sweep through 22 diatonic harp strings. Each note rings out, so neighboring strings can overlap into a flowing arpeggio.

  1. Find the four main pitches

Use the labeled note controls for C3, E3, G3 and C4. Their shortcuts are A, D, G and K. Start Keep the beat at 72 BPM.

  2. Climb and return

Play one new note per beat through the eight-beat pattern. Do not press again during the final beat; let the strings already sounding decay.

  3. Compare a sweep

Choose Classic view and glide across neighboring strings, then return to the written pattern. A sweep includes the notes between the arpeggio pitches.

Try next: Repeat the pattern one octave higher with C4, E4, G4, C5, G4, E4 and D4, using the labeled controls.
