# Resonant > A free online instrument studio with 30 playable instruments, created by AppsOverFlow. Website: https://resonant-appsoverflow.web.app/ Browse the instrument directory and open a dedicated playing room. In 3D view, Play mode offers direct taps and sweeps with drumsticks, mallets, picks, bows, or contact cues appropriate to the instrument. Rotate mode lets you inspect the model and pinch to zoom. Two fingers can play separate notes in Play mode. Classic view offers direct strums, glides, and multi-touch on the illustration. Computer keys and labeled note controls support chords and simultaneous tabla strokes in either view. No account is required. Recording controls are above the instrument. Open Recordings to preview recordings, upload audio, and export WAV or the original file. Recordings are limited to five minutes; uploads to 25 MB and ten minutes per file. Finished takes and uploads save on this device when browser storage is available, up to 150 MB in total. Download backups because clearing browser storage removes saved takes. Recordings can be renamed or deleted, with undo for the last deletion. Upload previews are separate from the instrument recording mix. 24 local sample banks power sampled instruments, including cello, electric piano, harmonium, and sitar. Acoustic Piano uses three genuine recorded strike strengths at 30 anchor pitches spanning A0–C8 from Salamander Grand Piano v3 by Alexander Holm (CC BY 3.0). Drums, tabla, dhol, tasha, and dholak use percussion synthesis; bansuri uses a flute sound model; ukulele adapts nylon guitar samples. The illustrations are simplified playable instruments, not physical technique simulators. Reduced motion and labeled note controls are available. An internet connection is required to open the studio and load resources; there is no offline mode. In Classic view on phones, the piano shows one selectable octave at a time within its C4–B5 range. The 3D piano spans 88 playable keys from A0 to C8. Open Learn & create on an instrument for guided lessons, tabla rhythm coaching, eight-layer loops, effects, performance video, chords and scales, a tuner, tap tempo, ear training, MIDI support in compatible browsers, and local practice progress. Editable tune-editor arrangements autosave on this device. Tune Editor supports timeline zoom, a BPM grid with snapping, 128 clips across eight tracks and downloadable editable arrangements. Note-composer clips retain their editable notes and can be revised after adding them to the timeline. DJ Machine has an original Resonant two-deck console with live meters and saved sessions. Its Sync beats aligns B to A once using manually corrected BPM and first-beat markers; Match tempo changes playback speed; optional Key lock preserves source pitch after background preparation. Key processing supports mono/stereo tracks up to three minutes and 64 MiB decoded audio. Karaoke accepts local backing tracks or an original demo and pasted plain or LRC-timed lyrics, with a full-screen lyric view and locally saved sessions. Backing key shifts accompaniment by up to six semitones without changing track duration or lyric timing, within the same pitch-processing limits. The microphone remains unshifted. Recording timing correction adjusts voice against backing by up to 500 milliseconds in either direction. Enable microphone explicitly to record voice and backing locally. Monitoring starts off and microphone capture stops when leaving Karaoke or hiding the tab. There is no streaming song catalogue or automatic vocal removal.
