RESONANT — OPTIONAL LOCAL AUDIO DECODER

Resonant uses @ffmpeg/ffmpeg 0.12.15 (MIT) with @ffmpeg/core 0.12.10
(single-thread WebAssembly, GPL-2.0-or-later). FFmpeg core reports FFmpeg
5.1.4, Copyright (c) 2000-2023 the FFmpeg developers. No changes have been
made to the distributed decoder binaries. The decoder runs in its own
worker and is loaded only when native Web Audio decoding fails.
